About

I’m an educator turned UX researcher focused on understanding human behavior and improving everyday experiences. I use usability testing, data, and behavioral insights to uncover friction and inform product decisions that make interactions simpler, clearer, and more intuitive. My work centers on how people behave under cognitive load, whether students are processing information or users navigating a product.

I’ve built and launched real direct-to-consumer products used by real customers, using them as live environments to study decision making, engagement, and conversion. My work blends research with product thinking, designing experiences that not only function well but also evoke emotion and inspire people to keep moving forward, even in the face of adversity.

I’m also a published author of The Crown, where I explore real life challenges and systemic friction experienced by specific communities, using storytelling as a way to surface pain points, build empathy, and offer pathways toward growth and change.
